For the past several years we have opted to have a section of our stock room reserved for gowns that are going to be offered at clearance price instead of a once a year sale. Being couture, our gowns start at 1,800.00 but if the bride is lucky enough to find her size and color and it's on sale, it's a chance to save a lot of money. Just last week, we had a bride fall in love with a $5,000.00 Reem Acra gown that she bought for only $3,000.00.

Most of the bridal gown inventory in all stores will be sizes 8 and 10 as that is the first size the designers are cutting in the factory. They encourage us to get a "middle of the road" size thinking it would work for both ends of the sizing spectrum. As a result a lot of clearance gowns will be size 8 and 10.

We make it a point though to always have in stock sizes 4 through 20 though as well.
