The Center offers:

(a) contemporary classes & demonstrations in the culinary arts,
(b) unique event space for private and corporate entertaining,
(c) creative and affordable catering for private and corporate functions,
(d) teambuilding
(e) a culinary resource center, and
(f) selected inventory of cookbooks, software and unique culinary products and cookware.

Our hope is that the CCKC will act as an inspiration for the novice as well as the seasoned chef to learn more about the culinary arts and the ever-increasing role that food and wine plays in our lives.
